Management and Installation of the Module:
The software-supported key management system, which operates via a web interface,
is designed to address the disorganized key management processes involved in key issuance,
acquisition, and return.
The system utilizes automated process technology and is both computer-based and
software-supported to enable authorized access and return registration for MEDIUM.
The automated management of processes such as overdue and overdue status not only standardizes
MEDIUM access procedures but also improves operational efficiency.
At the same time, corresponding records of checkouts and returns are maintained for inquiries,
statistics, and traceability.
Key tasks include key generation and management for employees and temporary users,
programming lock cylinders and other system components with access permissions, managing access
via a virtual network, and reading data from the programming device. The management software
is available as either a standalone version or a client/server version. Apps for Android and iOS
are available to integrate mobile phones into the system as programming devices. T
he PS_Enterprise software is, of course, upwardly compatible, thereby actively safeguarding your
long-term investment in the PS Series B01 Active and PS Series B02 locking and access control systems,
as well as the Series B03 Medium charging/storage system. Locking authorizations are managed via a
locking plan or by assigning doors and individuals. Time-restricted access authorization can be set up.
